OWL Engineers looks at the building as a whole. The enevelope and the interiors can have a significant effect on the operation and efficiencies of the building systems. Lighting, lighting controls, HVAC controls, variable frequency drives, onsite renewables, power factor correction and heat recovery are some of the systems we investigate during the evaluation process.

OWL Engineers provides an energy evaluation report which includes a desciption of the existing systems, proposed energy saving measures, expected annual energy savings, estimated cost to implement and a simple payback.
